The Central Records Section, Community Correspondence Unit provides copies of Accident and Offense Reports.

Accident Reports Online

Effective January 1, 2011 Accident reports for Motor Vehicle Accidents occurring from June 1, 2012 are available online.

Online accident reports are $14.00

Reports by Mail

The Baltimore Police Department will process your request by mail.

Fee:

A check or money order of $10.00 per report, payable to the Director of Finance. (This fee is not refundable, DO NOT SEND CASH.) Your canceled check and validated request will be your receipt.

What's Needed:

A completed Baltimore Police Report Request Form. Remember to print out your request form and mail it to the department.
