The Baltimore Police Cold Case Unit is seeking information regarding the cases below.

DATE OF INCIDENT: June 23, 1982
VICTIM: Kathy Jefferson
RACE/GENDER: Black Female
AGE:
LOCATION OF INCIDENT: 4981 Todd Avenue, Apt. J




CASE INFORMATION:
On 23 June 1982 officers responded to 4981 Todd Avenue after relatives were unable to contact the listed victims. Upon arrival they discovered Ms. Jefferson and her son, Anthony, dead from apparent strangulation. They were last seen alive on Sunday, June 20th, 1982.

VICTIM: Anthony Wayne Jefferson
RACE/GENDER: Black Male
AGE: 7 Yrs Old
LOCATION OF INCIDENT: 4981 Todd Avenue, Apt. J





CASE INFORMATION:

VICTIM: Robert Lawrence Rollins
DATE OF INCIDENT: August 2, 2006
RACE/GENDER: White Male
AGE: W/M 53 Yrs Old
LOCATION OF INCIDENT: 3400 Blk Mt. Pleasant Avenue




CASE INFORMATION:
Robert Rollins was last seen on 8/2/06 or 8/4/06 at 5pm by his mother at their residence located in the 3400 Blk of Mt. Pleasant Avenue. He has not made any attempts to contact any family members.

He does not have any significant medical or mental disabilities. He was last seen wearing Khaki pants and shirt and brown shoes. He has a tattoo of a parrot on his chest, scar on left leg and lower back and a metal plate above his right eye. He has had a fractured lower left leg.
