CASE INFORMATION: Lorraine was last seen on January 20, 2008 leaving her home in the 3000 block of Abell Avenue near Union Memorial Hospital. Lorraine's hair is described as short and white/grey. On occasion, Lorraine has worn red or brown wigs. Lorraine's eyes have been described as blue. She has a catheter in her upper right arm for chemotherapy. She was wearing a purple hat, gray jacket, gray sweater, and navy blue sweatpants, gray clog shoes and was carrying a pink purse.

He does not have any significant medical or mental disabilities. He was last seen wearing Khaki pants and shirt and brown shoes. He has a tattoo of a parrot on his chest, scar on left leg and lower back and a metal plate above his right eye. He has had a fractured lower left leg.
