The Baltimore Police Department is currently recruiting applicants who are in the military and looking for a career opportunity.  No prior law enforcement experience is necessary.  If you have six months or less remaining on your enlistment, you may begin processing.

We offer the following benefits for military personnel:

  • Starting Salary:  $42,290
  • Expedited processing available
  • G.I. Bill benefits during academy training, if eligible
  • Three years credit for military service after 20 years of service
