After observing suspected narcotic activity in the 1300 block of Myrtle Avenue in West Baltimore, Lieutenant Dorsey McVicker's Pennsylvania Avenue Impact Squad arrested several street level heroin dealers. Over 300 gel caps of heroin were seized from the 2nd floor apartment at 1330 Myrtle Avenue.
