Police Tell Kids to "Just Say No"

37 fifth graders from Cecil Elementary School graduated from the Eastern District’s Drug Abuse Resistance Education Program (DARE) on Friday, May 16.

The 11-week course highlighted the dangers of drug and alcohol abuse, and how to resist temptations that they may encounter. The graduation ceremony took place at Baltimore Police Headquarters, located at 601 East Fayette Street.
