NON-FATAL SHOOTING ARREST: 25 year-old James Johnson was arrested by SWAT officers on routine patrol.

James Johnson committed a shooting within the 200 Blk of Saratoga Street early Sunday morning. Also recovered was the .45 caliber handgun used in the offense.
