PEOPLE GETTING INVOLVED!: On Sunday January 22nd, Baltimore Police received a call from a concerned citizen reporting a suspicious person at the intersection of 39th Street and Greenway in Baltimore’s Northern District. The witness contacted 911 after the subject exhibited suspicious behavior and attempted to engage the witness in conversation. The subject was described as a black male wearing dark colored clothing, a ski mask and orange hat.
