Due to recent State legislative changes, it was essential to update Policy 809, Marijuana: Uniform Civil Citation, (nka Cannabis Violation Procedures) to reflect new laws going into effect July 1^st.

Although the policy will be activated July 1st, BPD is opening the policy up for a public comment period to end July 31^st.
