As part of the BPD’s commitment to providing annual training on behavioral health, the BPD collaborated with the Baltimore City Fire Department and behavioral health partners to create an 8hr curriculum that includes scenarios and covers key topics such as: Reasonable Accommodations, 988 and 911 Diversion, Least Police Involved Response, Transport Responsibilities, On-Scene Roles and Responsibilities
