Baltimore, MD (October 1, 2026) – The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) is investigating several incidents involving juveniles that occurred on September 30, 2026. A total of 11 juveniles were arrested for offenses including:

•  Stolen Auto

•  Aggravated and Common Assault

•  Destruction of Property

•  Probation Violation

The suspects range in age from 14 to 17-years-old. Of the 11 juveniles arrested, one was wearing an ankle monitor, and three have prior arrest records, including charges related to assault, stolen auto, and robbery.

Two additional juveniles were arrested in Baltimore City by MTA Police in connection with a robbery investigation. All juveniles arrested by BPD officers are currently being detained at the Baltimore City Juvenile Justice Center.

“It is deeply frustrating to see juveniles repeatedly involved in violent acts across our city,” said Police Commissioner Richard Worley. “Our officers will continue doing their part to protect our neighborhoods and hold those responsible for crime accountable. However, the current system and new laws continue to move us backwards without providing meaningful opportunities for rehabilitation and support for our youth. We must do more to hold criminals accountable while also providing the intervention and resources necessary to help prevent them from becoming further involved in crime.”
