On March 24, 2023, at approximately 9:10 a.m., Baltimore City School Police officers arrested a 15-year-old male in the 1400 block of Orleans Street.

Investigators believe that the 15-year-old male shot a 21-year-old male and a 19-year-old male, on March 2, 2023, in the 500 block of Dolphin Street.

The suspect is currently being held at Central Booking Intake Facility and has been charged with Attempted 1st Degree Murder and numerous handgun violations.

Central District Shooting Investigation

On March 2, 2023, at approximately 10:24 p.m., officers responded to an area hospital where two males walked in seeking treatment for gunshot wounds.

Upon arrival, officers located a 21-year-old male and a 19-year-old male who were suffering from gunshot wounds. Both victims' conditions are stable at this time.

Central District shooting detectives responded and are investigating this incident.

Preliminary investigation revealed the victims were in the 500 block of Dolphin Street when they were shot.
