Central District Shooting Investigation

On March 17, 2023, at approximately 1:06 a.m., Central District patrol officers responded to the intersection of Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and West Fayette Street to Investigate a reported shooting.

 Officers arrived at the scene and discovered a 31-year-old male victim suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to the upper body. The victim was taken to a nearby hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Central Shooting detectives responded to the scene and assumed control over the investigation. Anyone with information is urged to contact Central District Shooting detectives at 410-396-2411
