In reference to the shooting that occurred on February 19, 2022, in the 1500 block of East Eager Street, members of the Warrant Apprehension Task Force (WATF) and Capital Area Reginal Fugitive Task Force (CARFTF) have arrested 35-year-old Marvin Edmonds II of Baltimore.

In the early morning of February 28, 2023, Edmonds was arrested at a home in the 800 block of Murphy Lane, without incident.

Investigators believe that Edmonds shot a 39-year-old male before fleeing the scene.

Detectives transported Marvin Edmonds II to Central Booking Intake Facility where he has been charged with Attempted 1st-Degree Murder and various handgun violations.

On February 19, 2022, at approximately 2 p.m., Eastern District patrol officers responded to the 1600 block of East Eager Street, for a report of a shooting.

Once there, officers located a 38-year-old male inside of a vehicle, suffering from an apparent life-threatening gunshot wound.

Medics transported the victim to an area hospital where he is listed in critical condition.
