Eastern District Attempted Murder Arrest

In reference to the shooting that occurred in the Eastern District on January 2, 2025, investigators have arrested 25-year-old Kahlil Calloway of Baltimore.

Investigators learned that Calloway shot a 32-year-old male and a 37-year-old female in the 2600 block of East Federal Street.

On January 28, 2025, officers arrested Kahlil Calloway and transported him to the Central Booking Intake Facility, where he was charged with attempted first-degree murder.

Eastern District Shooting Investigation

On January 2, 2025, at approximately 10:48 p.m., Eastern District patrol officers responded to the 2600 block of East Federal Street for a report of a shooting.

Once there, officers located a 32-year-old male and 37-year-old female suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.

Medics responded to the scene and transported the victims to area hospitals for treatment.
