Northern District Shooting Investigation

On August 1, 2025, at approximately 10:49 p.m., Northern District patrol officers responded to an area hospital for a report of a walk-in shooting victim.

Once there, officers located a 35-year-old male suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. 

At this time, the victim's injuries are considered to be life-threatening.

Investigators found the victim was shot while in the 5300 block of York Road.

Central District Shooting Investigation

On August 1, 2025, at approximately 1:31 a.m., Central District patrol officers responded to an area hospital for a report of a walk-in shooting victim.

Once there, officers located a 21-year-old male suffering from an apparent non-life-threatening gunshot wound.

Investigators believe the victim was shot while in the 400 block of West Mulberry Street, where a crime scene was located.
