Northwest District Homicide Investigation

On December 1, 2022, at approximately 7:47 p.m., officers responded to the 4400 block of Park Heights Avenue for a shooting.

Upon arrival, officers located an unknown female who was suffering from gunshot wounds to her chest.

The victim was transported to Sinai Hospital where she was pronounced deceased a short time later.

Homicide detectives responded out and are investigating this murder.

Eastern District Shooting Investigation

On December 2, 2022, at approximately 12:58 p.m., Eastern District patrol officers responded to an area hospital for a report of a walk-in shooting victim.

Once there, officers located a 26-year-old male suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.

The victim’s condition is unknown at this time.

Investigators believe the shooting occurred in the 2200 block of East Monument Street, where officers received a call for a Shot Spotter alert.

Eastern District Homicide Investigation

On December 1, 2022, at approximately 7:10 a.m., Eastern District patrol officers responded to the 5000 block of East Monument Street, for a report of a shooting.

Once there, officers located a 36-year-old male suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.

Medics transported the victim to an area hospital where he later died.
