Eastern District Shooting Investigation 

On July 19, 2025, at approximately 4:39 p.m., officers responded to the 2800 block of Kennedy Avenue in reference to a shooting. 

Upon their arrival, officers observed an adult male with a gunshot wound to his body. The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment, in critical condition. 

Eastern District Detectives responded to the scene and are asking anyone with information to contact them at 410-396-2433.

Southern District Homicide Investigation 

On July 19, 2025, at approximately 2:48 p.m., a Southern District Officers was flagged down by a citizen to report a shooting. 

Officers entered a residence and located a 64-year-old male suffering from a gunshot wound to his extremity. The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment. Despite medical efforts, the male was pronounced deceased. 

Homicide Detectives assumed control over the investigation and are asking anyone with information to contact them at 410-396-2100.
