Central District Shooting Investigation
On June 18, 2025, at approximately 12:30 a.m., Central District patrol officers responded to an area hospital for a report of a walk-in shooting victim.
Once there, officers located a 22-year-old male suffering from an apparent non-life-threatening gunshot wound.
Investigators learned the victim was transported to the hospital by a citizen on June 17, 2025, at approximately 10:16 p.m. At this time, the location of the shooting is unknown.

Eastern District Homicide Investigation
On June 17, 2025, at approximately 10:00 p.m., officers responded to the 1900 block of East Lafayette Avenue for a shot-spotter alert.
Upon arrival at the location, officers located an unidentified male victim suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to the body. Medics responded to the scene and transported the victim to an area hospital, where he was pronounced deceased by hospital staff.

Southwest District Shooting Investigation
On June 17, 2025, at approximately 9:16 p.m., Southwest District patrol officers responded to an area hospital for a walk-in shooting victim seeking treatment.
Upon arrival at the hospital, officers spoke with two 22-year-old male victims who were suffering from apparent gunshot wounds to the extremities. Both victims are listed in stable condition.
Preliminary investigation revealed that the victims stated they were in the 1700 block of West Baltimore Street when they were shot.
