Southwest District Shooting Investigation

On March 22, 2023, at approximately 9:35 p.m., Southwest District officers responded to the 2400 block of Hollins Street to investigate a reported shooting.

Upon arrival, officers were flagged down and observed a 35-year-old male suffering from a gunshot wound to his body. The victim was transported by medics to an area hospital for treatment.

Southwest Shooting detectives responded to the scene and assumed control over the investigation.

Southern District Homicide Investigation

On March 22, 2023, at approximately 4:59 p.m., Southern District officers responded to the 2400 block of Maisel Court to investigate a reported shooting.

Upon further investigation, officers located a 26-year-old male with a life-threatening gunshot wound to his head. The victim was transported by medics to Shock Trauma for treatment where he was later pronounced deceased.

Homicide detectives responded and assumed control of the investigation.

Southern District Homicide Investigation

On March 22, 2023, at approximately 3:16 a.m., Southern District patrol officers responded to the 3700 block of 9th Street, for a report of a shooting.

Once there, officers located  an adult male suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.

Medics responded to the location and pronounced the victim dead at the scene.
