Southeast District Shooting Investigation

On April 11, 2025, at approximately 9:15 a.m.,  Southeast District patrol officers responded to an area hospital for a report of a walk-in shooting victim.

Once there, officers located a 50-year-old male suffering from an apparent non-life-threatening gunshot wound.

Investigators learned the victim was shot while in the 400 block of North Montford Avenue, where a crime scene was located.
