Northern District Shooting Investigation
On April 16, 2026, at approximately 10:17 p.m., Northern District patrol officers responded to the 2500 block of Liberty Heights Avenue for a report of a shooting.
Once there, officers located a 37-year-old male suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.
Medics transported the victim to an area hospital for treatment.

Southwest District Shooting Investigation
On April 16, 2026, at approximately 9:50 p.m., Southwest District patrol officers responded to the 1500 block of West Fayette Street for a ShotSpotter alert.
Once there, officers located a 30-year-old female suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.
Medics transport the victim to an area hospital, where she is expected to survive.
A second victim, a 21-year-old male, walked into an area hospital seeking treatment for gunshot wounds. His injuries are considered to be non-life-threatening.

Northwest District Shooting Investigation
On April 16, 2026, at approximately 3:27 p.m., officers responded to a call for a shooting in the 5400 block of Reisterstown Road.
Upon arrival, officers located a 17-year-old male suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to the leg. The victim was transported to an area hospital and is listed in stable condition.
Northwest District Shooting detectives responded to the scene and assumed control of the investigation. Anyone with information is urged to contact Northwest District Shooting detectives at 410-396-2466.
