On July 6, 2026, at approximately 12:50 a.m., Northern District patrol officers responded to an area hospital for a report of a walk-in shooting victim.

 

Once there, officers located a 19-year-old male suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. The victim's injuries are considered to be non-life-threatening.

 

Preliminary investigation revealed the shooting occurred in the 2500 block of Edgecombe Circle, where a crime scene was located.
