Central District Death Investigation 

On November 2, 2025, at approximately 8:57 a.m., Baltimore Police officers were called to the 400 block of Light Street for a report of a body in the water.

Once there, officers observed an unidentified adult male. The body was recovered from the water, and medics pronounced the male victim deceased.

The victim’s body was transported to the Medical Examiner’s Office, where the victim will be identified and the cause of death determined.

Homicide Detectives have been notified.

Central District Shooting Investigation

On November 2, 2025, at approximately 1:29 a.m., Central District patrol officers responded to the 700 block of South Broadway for a report of a shooting.

Once there, officers located a 24-year-old male and a 17-year-old female suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.

Medics responded to the scene and transported both victims to area hospitals for treatment.

Central District Shooting Investigation

On November 2, 2025, at approximately 1:35 a.m., Central District patrol officers responded to the 300 block of West Lexington Street for a report of a shooting.

Once there, officers located an unidentified male suffering from an apparent life-threatening gunshot wound.

The victim was transported to an area hospital, where he is listed in critical condition.
