Southern District Homicide Investigation

On October 23, 2025, at approximately 10:26 a.m., Southern District patrol officers responded to the 4100 block of Hyden Court for a report of a shooting.

Once there, officers located a 42-year-old male suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.

Medics responded to the scene and transported the victim to an area hospital, where he later died.
