Northeast District Shooting Investigation

On August 29, 2025, at approximately 7:10 p.m., officers responded to the 6600 block of Walther Avenue to investigate a reported shooting. 

Upon arrival, officers located a 43-year-old male victim inside a vehicle suffering from an apparent gunshot wound to the back. The victim was transported to an area hospital and is listed in stable condition.

Northeast District Shooting detectives responded to the scene and assumed control of the investigation. Anyone with information is urged to contact Southern District Shooting detectives at 410-396-2444.
