Northern District Attempted Murder Arrest

In reference to the shooting that occurred in the Northern District on January 24, 2025, investigators have arrested 42-year-old Jacquetta Jackson of Baltimore.

Investigators learned that Jackson shot the 22-year-old female victim while in the 3600 block of Park Heights Avenue following a dispute.

On February 11, 2025, Northwest District Patrol Officers arrested Jacquetta Jackson without incident. Jackson was transported to the Central Booking Intake Facility, where she has been charged with Attempted Degree Murder.

Northern District Shooting Investigation

On January 24, 2025, at approximately 1:14 p.m., Northern District officers responded to the 2400 block of Keyworth Avenue for a reported shooting.

Upon officers' arrival, the victim was transported to an area hospital by vehicle. Officers followed the vehicle to an area hospital. Once at the hospital, officers observed an adult female being treated for a gunshot wound to the leg.

Preliminary investigation revealed that the victim was shot while in the 3600 block of Park Heights Avenue and driven to the 2400 block of Keyworth Avenue.

Northern District Shooting detectives responded to the scene and are investigating this incident. Anyone with information is urged to contact the detectives at 410-396-2455.
