Northwest District Attempted Murder Arrest

Regarding a recent shooting in the Northwest District, investigators have arrested 18-year-old Delvon Bryant of Baltimore County.

Bryant was taken into custody by Northwest District Action Team officers, following a brief foot pursuit, in connection with the shooting of an 18-year-old male in the 3000 block of Ridgewood Avenue.

Detectives transported Delvon Bryant to the Central Booking Intake Facility, where he was charged with Attempted First and Second-Degree Murder, Assault, and multiple Handgun Violations.

Northwest District Shooting Investigation 

On December 9, 2025, at approximately 7:42 p.m., Northwest District Officers responded to the 3000 block of Ridgewood Avenue in reference to a reported shooting.

Once at the scene, officers located an 18-year-old male suffering from a gunshot wound to his hand. The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment. 

On the scene, officers took a person of interest into custody.
