Northwest District Shooting Investigation

On July 1, 2025, at approximately 4:44 p.m., Northwest District patrol officers responded to an area hospital for a walk-in shooting victim seeking treatment. 

Upon arrival at the hospital, officers spoke with a  22-year-old male victim and a 15-year-old male victim who were suffering from apparent gunshot wounds to the body. Both victims are listed in stable condition. 

Preliminary investigation revealed that the victims were in the 3000 block of Ridewood Avenue when they were shot. 

Northwest District Shooting detectives responded to the scene and assumed control of the investigation. Anyone with information is urged to contact Northwest District Shooting detectives at 410-396-2466.
