Southern District Shooting Investigation 

On June 12, 2024, at approximately 6:50 p.m., Southern District officers responded to the 4300 block of 5th Street to investigate a reported shooting.

Upon arrival, officers located a 21-year-old male victim suffering from an apparent gunshot wound to the back. The victim was transported to an area hospital, listed in stable condition.
