Three Juveniles Arrested in Connection with 13 Burglaries

Investigators have arrested two 16-year-old males and a 14-year-old male in connection with a series of commercial burglaries and acts of vandalism.

The teens are currently charged with multiple commercial burglaries and one stolen vehicle in the Northern District (Hampden area), two burglaries in the Central District and one burglary in the Northeast District.

On September 26, 2025, at approximately 2:00 a.m., Regional Auto Theft Taskforce (RATT) Officers located a vehicle that had been reported stolen from the Western District the previous day. Officers monitored the vehicle and observed the three juveniles gaining access and driving away.

Additional RATT Officers, with the assistance of FOXTROT, responded to the scene and apprehended all three suspects. They were transported to the Juvenile Justice Center, where they were charged with multiple counts of motor vehicle theft, burglary and a handgun violation. Two of the suspects were released on monitoring and one suspect was detained. 

Detectives are continuing to investigate additional crimes involving these suspects. Two of the juveniles, the 14-year-old and one of the 16-year-olds, have a combined total of 12 prior arrests, including charges for stolen auto, robbery and burglary.
