Western District Homicide Arrest

In connection with a homicide that occurred in the Western District on March 11, 2022, detectives have arrested 20-year-old Darnell Dupree Jr. of Baltimore.

Dupree was arrested for the homicide by shooting of 31-year-old Aaron Lee, who was killed in the 2200 block of West Lexington Street.

On August 7, 2025, Warrant Apprehension Taskforce detectives arrested Darnell Dupree Jr. without incident in the 500 block of West Lexington Street.

Dupree was transported to the Central Booking Intake Facility, where he was officially charged with first-degree murder.
