In reference to the homicide that occurred in the Central District on Jan. 4, 2024, investigators have arrested 24-year-old Tanare Williams of Capital Heights, Md.

On Jan. 24, 2024, at approximately 8:20 p.m., Northwest District officers were dispatched to the 5200 block of Fairlawn Avenue to investigate a reported shooting inside a mechanic's garage.

In reference to the brutal stabbing death of 6-year-old Seron O'Neal, which occurred on Jan. 23, 2024, inside a home in the 2000 block of Deering Avenue, detectives have arrested 32-year-old Alan Geslicki.
