On Jan. 18, 2024, at approximately 12:51 a.m., Southeast District patrol officers responded to the 3500 block of Pulaski Highway for a report of a shooting.

These findings were reached after meticulous assessments by the Court’s Monitoring Team into the BPD’s operations in these areas.

On Jan. 16, 2024, at approximately 6:47 p.m., Eastern District patrol officers were patrolling the area of Belair Rd and Mayfield Avenue when they were approached by a victim who stated he was shot in the 3200 block of Harwell Avenue.
