On Dec. 30, 2023, at approximately 9:15 a.m., Southwest District patrol officers were responding to a burglary call, when they observed a naked man standing on the corner in the 2000 block of West Pratt Street.

On Jan. 10, 2024, at approximately 8:17 p.m., officers responded to the 2600 block of Gwynns Falls Parkway to investigate a ShotSpotter alert.
