In reference to the shooting that occurred in the Northeast District on October 23, 2023, detectives have arrested a repeat violent offender, 35-year-old Richie Briggs.

On Oct. 26, 2023, at approximately 10:10 a.m. detectives were working an auto theft initiative in the Southwest District when they observed an occupied vehicle fitting the description of a vehicle taken in a recent armed carjacking in the Southeast District.

On October 25, 2023, at approximately 7:20 p.m., officers responded to the 2300 block of Lauretta Avenue to investigate a reported shooting incident.

In reference to the shooting that occurred on October 4, 2023, in the Western District, investigators have arrested 18-year-old Tony Hubbard of Baltimore.

On October 24, 2023, at approximately 8:55 p.m., Southern District officers were dispatched to the 2200 block of Sidney Avenue to investigate a reported shooting.
