In reference to the shooting that occurred on Oct. 19, 2022, in the Northern District, investigators arrested 20-year-old Tyqwaun Kells of Baltimore.

In reference to the shooting that occurred on November 15, 2022, in the Northwest District, detectives have arrested 36-year-old Naeem Sekou.
