Regarding the Sept. 29, 2023, homicide that occurred in the 1100 block of South Charles Street, 40-year-old Jewel Crowder, of Baltimore, has been arrested.

Crowder was taken into custody on Sept. 29, 2023, without incident.

Crowder is charged with the 1st degree murder of 23-year-old Ryan Alexander Demby.
