On July 25, 2024, at around 9:07 p.m., officers responded to the 1900 block of Greenmount Avenue to investigate a call for a shooting.

Detectives arrested two suspects in reference to the non-fatal shooting of a 62-year-old male on July 17, 2024, in the 3200 block of Greenmount Avenue. 

On July 24, 2024, at approximately 1:16 a.m., Southeast District patrol officers responded to a home in the 600 block of North Potomac Street for a report of a shooting.
