On March 4, 2026, at approximately 6:31 a.m., officers responded to the 4900 block of Nelson Avenue for a shooting.

Detectives assigned to the Warrant Apprehension Task Force (WATF) and Central District Detective Unit (CD DDU) have arrested 34-year-old Jamal Gardner in connection with a series of theft-related incidents across Baltimore City.
