In reference to a 2024 homicide case that occurred in the Southeast District, investigators have arrested 41-year-old Javon Rivers of Baltimore.

On January 19, 2026, Western District officers responded to an apartment complex in the 1100 block of Park Avenue in reference to multiple calls for service, including a welfare check, a disorderly person, and a report of an armed person.

On January 20, 2026, at approximately 4:56 a.m., Southern District patrol officers responded to an area hospital for a report of walk-in shooting victims.
