During the first half of 2026, the Baltimore Police Department (BPD) continued to achieve historic reductions in homicides and other major crime categories while maintaining clearance rates that significantly exceed national averages

In reference to the homicide that occurred in the Eastern District, investigators have arrested 50-year-old Toi Stukes of Baltimore.
