Northern District CDS Arrest

On April 11, 2024, at approximately 9:00 a.m., Officers conducting surveillance observed an unidentified male engaging in multiple hand-to-hand narcotics transactions in the 3200 Block of Greenmount Avenue. Subsequently, officers arrested a 41-year-old suspect without incident and seized two large bags of suspected marijuana, 32 small bags of suspected marijuana, 3 pink jugs of suspected crack cocaine, and 202 yellow pills of suspected ecstasy. The arrested suspect was then transported to CBIF for processing.

Northwest District Handgun Arrest

On April 11, 2024, at approximately 11:15 p.m., detectives from the Northwest DAT carried out a traffic stop on the 3400 block of Calloway Avenue. K9 officers were promptly dispatched to the scene and performed a thorough vehicle scan, resulting in detection on the driver's side vehicle door. Consequently, a meticulous search of the vehicle was executed, leading to the recovery of an automatic pistol from the driver side door pocket. The driver, a 23-year-old individual, was arrested and transported to CBIF without incident.

Eastern District Handgun Arrest

On April 11, 2024, the Mobile Metro Unit detectives conducted a search and seizure warrant in the 150 block of East 28th Street, where they arrested a 32-year-old male suspect without incident. Detectives recovered a Polymer Handgun and a dirt bike. The suspect was transported to CBIF for processing.

Eastern District Handgun Violation & CDS Arrest

On April 11, 2024, at approximately 12:01 a.m., Eastern District officers were conducting an investigation in the 1700 block of Homestead Street.

This investigation led to the arrest of a 27-year-old male and the seizure of a loaded handgun and CDS.

Southern District Handgun Violation Arrest

On April 10, 2024, Southern District officers were conducting an investigation in the 100 block of West Hamburg Street.

This investigation led to the arrest of a 23-year-old male and the seizure of several items.

Northeast District Stolen Auto & Handgun Arrest

On April 10, 2024, at approximately 5:30 p.m., Detectives from the Northeast District were patrolling proactively in the 6600 block of Harford Road. During their operation, the Detectives identified an unidentified male exhibiting signs of being armed. Foxtrot was then requested as the male entered a stolen vehicle. The driver proceeded to flee into Baltimore County, where Baltimore County officers attempted to stop the vehicle in the 2500 block of Hillford Road. The male suspect then bailed out of the vehicle and attempted to evade the pursuing officers. Officers arrested the 17-year-old male suspect and recovered a firearm. The suspect has been charged as an adult and transferred to CBIF for processing.

Southeast District Handgun Arrest

On April 9, 2024 at approximately 7:17 p.m., Foxtrot aviation unit was requested to the O'Donnell Heights area to locate a person wanted on a warrant. While observing a group engaged in a dice game, members of Foxtrot noticed Southeast DAT detectives who observed an unidentified male with an object thought to be a firearm in the front pants area. Detectives arrived and observed the male displaying characteristics of an armed person. After a short pursuit, Detectives arrested a 26-year-old male and recovered a firearm. The suspect was transported to CBIF for processing.

Western District Arrest

On April 10, 2024, at approximately 10 a.m., detectives from the Western District were engaged in proactive enforcement in the 1700 block of Pennsylvania Avenue. When they observed an unidentified male conducting a CDS transaction. Officers arrested a 50-year-old male who was in possession of 60 zips of suspected cocaine. After a brief investigation, a follow-up search and seizure warrant was executed at the suspect's residence in the 1800 block of Division Street, where officers recovered a firearm. The suspect was transported to CBIF for processing.

Northwest District CDS Arrest

On April 10, 2024, at approximately 11:37 p.m., Northwest District detectives were engaged in proactive enforcement in the 3100 block of West North Avenue. During their operation, detectives observed an unidentified male carrying several bags of suspected cannabis. Upon noticing the presence of the detectives, the male swiftly concealed the cannabis in a book bag placed on his back. Subsequently, the detectives apprehended a 27-year-old male without incident. While searching the suspect, a vehicle key was seized, leading to the discovery of a vehicle parked nearby. Within the vehicle's backseat, in plain view, a large trash bag filled with suspected cannabis was found. The vehicle was impounded and the items seized were submitted. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to CBIF for processing.
