Detectives are asking for help from the public in reference to identifying the individuals seen in the below video. These individuals are wanted in connection to the murders of Gerald Fowlkes and Mya Morton that occurred on Jan. 28, 2023, in the 1700 block of Pennsylvania Avenue at approximately 6:39 p.m.
