In reference to the shooting that occurred on April 4, 2023, in the Eastern District, detectives have arrested 37-year-old Alan Blue of Baltimore.
Detectives learned that Alan Blue shot the 15-year-old female victim, following a dispute in the 900 block of Belnord Avenue.
On April 6, 2023, Warrant Apprehension detectives arrested Alan Blue while in the 3800 block of Elmora Avenue and transported him to Central Booking Intake Facility where he has been charged with attempted 1st degree murder.

Eastern District Shooting Investigation
On April 4, 2023, at approximately 10:33 p.m., Eastern District officers responded to the 900 block of North Belnord Avenue, for a Shot Spotter alert.
Upon arrival, officers were flagged down by citizens who advised officers that a 15-year-old female was shot.
Officers located the 15-year-old female in the 900 block of North Belnord Avenue, suffering from a non-life-threatening gunshot wound to her arm. The victim was transported by medics to an area hospital to be treated for her injury.
