Southern District Shooting Investigation

On April 25, 2023, at approximately 11:24 p.m., Southern District patrol officers responded to the 3600 block of Potee Street (rear), for a report of a shooting.

Once there, officers located a 39-year-old female, a 38-year-old female and a 32-year-old male suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.

The victims were transported to area hospitals with non-life-threatening injuries.

Western District Homicide Investigation

 On April 25, 2023, at approximately 7:26 p.m., Western District patrol officers responded to the 1900 block of Penrose Avenue to Investigate a reported shooting.

Once at the location, officers located a 28-year-old male victim suffering from an apparent gunshot wound to the right arm and head. The victim was transported to an area hospital by a medic. The victim was pronounced deceased by hospital staff a short time later.

Southeast District Shooting Investigation

On April 25, 2023, at approximately 7:15 p.m., Southeast District patrol officers responded to the 400 block of North Montford Avenue to Investigate a shot spotter alert.

Once at the location, officers located a 24- year-old male victim suffering from an apparent gunshot wound to the body. A second 23-year-old male victim was found in the 500 block of North Port Street suffering from an apparent gunshot wound to the body. Both victims were transported to an area hospital by a medic with non-life-threatening injuries.

A short time later, a 14-year-old male victim walked into a nearby hospital seeking treatment for an apparent gunshot wound to the hand. The victim stated he was in the 400 block of North Montford when he was shot. The victim's injuries are non-life threatening.

Northeast District Shooting Investigation

On April 25, 2023, at approximately 4:50 p.m., Northeast District officers responded to the 3200 block of Dudley Avenue to Investigate a reported shooting.

Once at the location, Officers observed a 24-year-old male victim suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to the right hand & thigh. The victim was transported to an area hospital by a medic and listed in stable condition.

Northwest District Shooting Investigation

On April 25, 2023, at approximately 2:43 p.m., officers responded to a call for a shooting in the vicinity of Reisterstown Road and Northern Parkway. It was determined that the call came from inside a business in the 6500 block of Reisterstown Road.

Once officers arrived, they located an unidentified male victim suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to the upper and lower body. This victim was transported to an area hospital and listed in critical condition.
