Southeastern District Shooting/Homicide Investigation

On April 6, 2024, at approximately 11:34 p.m., officers responded to the 3700 block of East Lombard Street for reports of a discharging.

Once there, they discovered two adult males (age unknown) suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. Victim 1 sustained a fatal gunshot wound and was pronounced deceased by a medic. Victim 2 sustained an apparent non-life-threatening gunshot wound and was conscious. Victim 2 was transported to an area hospital.

Homicide Detective are investigating. Anyone with any information is asked to contact them at 410-396-2100.

Northwestern District Homicide Investigation

On April 6, 2024, at approximately 9:49 p.m., officers responded to the 1600 block of Bloomingdale Road for reports of a shooting.

Upon arrival, they observed an unidentified male victim suffering from apparent life-threatening gunshot wounds.

Unfortunately, medics pronounced the victim deceased a short time later.

Northeastern District Shooting Investigation

On April 6, 2024, at approximately 7:18 p.m., officers responded to the 4900 block of Frankford Avenue for reports of a discharging.

Inside a business at that location, officers discovered a 25-year-old male victim suffering from an apparent non-life-threatening gunshot wound to the arm.

The victim was transported to an area hospital for further treatment.

Western District Shooting Investigation

On April 6, 2024, at approximately 2:58 a.m., officers responded to the 2600 block of Madison Avenue for reports of a burglary.

Upon arrival, they observed a male victim laying on the ground suffering from an apparent gunshot wound to the chest.

The victim was transported to an area hospital in critical condition.
