Southern District Homicide Investigation 

On Jan. 19, 2024, at approximately 10:22 p.m., Southern District Officers were dispatched to the 4300 block of Pennington Avenue to investigate a reported shooting.

Upon arrival, officers located an adult male victim and a 60-year-old female suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to the body. Both victims were pronounced deceased by medics at the scene.

Northwest District Homicide Investigation

On Jan. 19, 2024, at approximately 8:02 p.m., Northwest District Officers were dispatched to the 5200 block of Fairlawn Avenue to investigate a reported shooting.

Upon arrival, officers located three male victims suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to the body. Two victims were located outside, and one victim was found inside a building. All three adult male victims were pronounced deceased by medics at the scene. A short time later a fourth victim walked into a nearby hospital with non-life threatening injuries. 

Preliminary investigation revealed that the incident occurred inside and spilled out into the street.
