Eastern District Shooting Investigation                                                                           
On May 27, 2024, at around 3:40 p.m., officers responded to investigate a ShotSpotter alert near Hillen Road and Harford Road.                                                                             
Upon arrival, officers located a 25-year-old male suffering from a gunshot wound in the 2800 block of Hillen Road. Medics transported the male to an area hospital, where he is listed as stable.                                                                                                                     
Eastern District Shooting detectives responded and assumed control over this investigation.

Central District Shooting Investigation

On May 26, 2024, At approximately 11:37 p.m., Central District patrol officers responded to a home in the unit block of North Calvert Street for a report of a shooting.

Once there, officers located a 20-year-old male suffering from apparent gunshot wounds to the body.

The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment.

Southwest District Homicide Investigation

On May 27, 2024, at approximately 12:40 a.m.,  Southwest District patrol officers responded to the 2700 block of West Fairmont Avenue for a report of a shooting.

Once there, officers located a 41-year-old male suffering from life-threatening gunshot wounds.

The victim was transported to an area hospital where he later died.

Southeast District Shooting Investigation

On May 27, 2024, at approximately 1:31 a.m., Southeast District patrol officers responded to an area hospital for a report of a walk-in shooting victim.

Once there, officers located a 40-year-old male suffering from an apparent non-life-threatening gunshot wound.

Investigators learned the shooting occurred in the 1200 block of Ponca Street.
