Southeast District Shooting Investigation

On Nov. 11, 2023, at approximately 11:08 p.m., officers responded to the 700 block of North Glover Street to investigate a call for a shooting.

Upon arrival, officers observed a 33-year-old male suffering from a gunshot wound. Medics transported the victim to an area hospital where he would receive treatment for his injury.

Southeast District Shooting responded and assumed control over this investigation.

Fatal Vehicle Accident Investigation

On Nov. 3, 2023, at approximately 8:12 p.m., officers responded to the 3800 block of West Belvedere Avenue to investigate a pedestrian struck.

Upon arrival, officers were advised that a 62-year-old female was struck by a vehicle.

Preliminary investigation revealed that the 62-year-old female was attempting to catch her dog, who had gotten loose in the 3800 block of West Belvedere Avenue when she had darted into the street in an attempt to catch her dog when she was struck by a vehicle. The driver of the vehicle stayed on the scene.

Medics transported the 62-year-old female to Sinai Hospital, where she was pronounced deceased on Nov. 9, 2023.

AIU investigators have assumed control over this investigation.

Northern District Homicide Investigation

On Nov. 11, 2023, at approximately 8 p.m., officers responded to the 2900 block of Rosalind Avenue to investigate a call for a shooting.

Upon arrival, officers observed a 46-year-old male suffering from numerous life-threatening gunshot wounds. Medics transported the victim to an area hospital where, despite life-saving measures, he succumbed to his injuries. While at the hospital, officers were advised that a second victim had walked in. Officers observed a 21-year-old male suffering from numerous life-threatening gunshot wounds. The victim is currently in critical yet stable condition.

Homicide detectives responded and assumed control over this investigation.

Southeast District Shooting Investigation

On Nov. 11, 2023, at approximately 8:43 p.m., officers responded to an area hospital to investigate a call for a walk-in shooting victim.

Upon arrival, officers observed a 13-year-old male and a 14-year-old male, both suffering from non-life-threatening gunshot wounds.

Detectives are attempting to locate a crime scene.

Southwest District Shooting Investigation

On Nov. 11, 2023, at approximately 7:53 p.m., officers responded to the 2600 block of Dulaney Street to investigate a call for a shooting.

Upon arrival, officers located evidence of a shooting in the 2600 block of Dulaney Street.

Additional officers responded to an area hospital where they observed a 40-year-old male suffering from a non-life-threatening gunshot wound.

Southwest District Shooting detectives responded and assumed control over this investigation.

Southeast District Shooting Investigation

On Nov. 11, 2023, at approximately 09:55 a.m., officers responded to the 5800 block of Erdman Avenue to investigate a call for a shooting.

Upon arrival, officers observed a 35-year-old male suffering from numerous non-life-threatening gunshot wounds. Medics transported the victim to an area hospital where he will receive treatment for his injuries.
